Saltash Fire Station
Find out all about our first fire station collaboration
Our friends over at Saltash Community Fire Station are undertaking a mammoth challenge to raise funds for Outreach Paramedics in order to cover the transportation costs of taking two ambulances to Ukraine. They have called it the 999 Challenge- On the 19th November, 9 Firefighters wearing full kit including breathing apparatus (weighing 30kgs) will race 9 miles back and forth over the Tamar Bridge in under 9 hours.

Ukrainian Independence Day Chelmsford
Find out about what's happening on Ukrainian Independence Day in Chelmsford to raise money.
On 24th August, Ukrainians will be celebrating Ukrainian Independence day across the UK. We are pleased to announce that St John's Church, Chelmsford, will be hosting an event to celebrate Ukrainian Independence Day and to raise money for Outreach Paramedics current Ukraine Appeal. Please join the celebration for Ukrainian food, entertainment and more. All proceeds of the event are being donated to Outreach Paramedics current Ukraine Appeal.

As you will be aware, the war in Ukraine has taken the lives of many, caused mass displacement as well as other deprivations. One of those issues, is the heart-breaking number of homeless mothers giving birth prematurely due to stress.
​
In response, we hope to raise money to put towards an ambulance, neonatal and medical supplies to help with the ongoing crisis in Ukraine. particularly related with pregnant mothers giving birth prematurely.

In July, St Breward Parish Church held a Fete to raise money for Ukraine and have been kind enough to choose Outreach Paramedics current Ukraine Appeal to donate to.
